The Iron Culture PT program is second to none. Our goal is to help our clients become fully functional in the gym by themselves, not just when training with their coach. Here are some of the tools provided with any Personal Training package:

Customized Meal Plan
Our team will build a structured meal plan based on your goals and your daily work/life schedule. Your coach will choose foods you enjoy and avoid those you may dislike/are allergic to, and tailor the plan to your specific needs. The plan will include the timing of each meal, portion sizing and measurement of each meal, and different alternatives for certain meals. We understand that no one client is the same, and each and every one needs an individualized and personal approach.
You will receive a specific cardio regimen that will compliment your meal plan and work in sync to help you achieve success.
Supplements(such as protein powder, multivitamins, collagen, etc,) are crucial to overall health and longevity in the gym. They also play a key role in building muscle, muscle recovery, and muscular endurance. We’ll make sure that you take the right supplements based on your needs.
Weekly Progress Review & Check-In
You will send in weekly photo and weight updates and provide your coach with feedback from the previous week. This process enables our coaches to achieve a better understanding of how you are responding to the plan, and changes are made if necessary. This also helps establish a personal relationship between you and your coach, which long term has proven to produce positive results.
Daily Access to Coach
You will ALWAYS have the ability to reach out to your coach, via text or email, with any questions you may have in regards to your meal plan or workouts when training on your own.
