Jenny Bohn

My name is Jenny Bohn, I am an AAAI certified Personal Trainer and have been working with clients for almost 3 years. I am currently working on a degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science and have extensive knowledge of both exercise and nutrition, as well as preventative care and rehabilitation. Clients I have worked with in the past have ranged from 16-65+ years old, both male and female. I am familiar and experienced with the training and rehabilitation of clients with medical issues such as torn tendons/ligaments, osteoporosis, arthritis, neurological damage, etc. My vision with Iron Culture is to gain as much experience and credibility with the members, clients, and community as possible and move up through the company. I intend to use my knowledge I am currently gaining from outside courses to help further my career in this company for as long as possible.

 


Leo Holm

“Let’s Go, Keep Pushing and Finish Strong” hasn’t only been motivational words for me through lifting, but it’s also been the motivation and push I needed to overcome obstacles and trials in life. When I learned that being fit and healthy was more than just the outer appearance but more mental, I attacked the battle head first.

In 2016, I got certified in NASM, along with being Master Fitness Certified through the United States Army. It was then I learned that fitness, the gym, dieting and body sculpting wasn’t just my job, it was my passion and became my lifestyle. I specialize in functional fitness, calisthenics’, body sculpting and athletic training.

I am focused on making my clients’ goals a priority by using tools such as meal prep, workout plans, and being that extra source of motivational drive!

At Iron Culture, I have the opportunity to be a part of something bigger than me, but also a part of a brand and a family that knows and understands in the same things I do.

Tyler Kowalskie

Health and wellness are my passion. I live and breathe the lifestyle to the fullest. As a trainer, strength training is my strong point. Bodybuilding, powerlifting, and overall weight loss/maintenance. I’ve been working out for years and have helped guide others to the same success and health as I’ve attained myself. I incorporate a holistic approach to my client sessions, targeting all components of health and wellness.

Joseph Maritato

Type of training: I specialize in functional training, circuit training, strength training, and resistance training. I use mostly bodyweight, TRX, and core exercises in almost all of my workouts.

Experience: I have been training for over 4/5 years now, and love helping each and every person reach their specific fitness goals.

Certifications: NASM certified personal trainer.

CPR, AED, and first aid certified.

James Torella

Bodybuilding has been a passion for me for the past 14 years and will always be a passion of mine bringing my body as well as others to a higher level has been incredibly satisfying for me. I am a firm believer in practicing what you preach, and believe you will always get the results you want given the work you put in. Weight training is my life discipline and my professional focus, and I look forward to sharing that with my clients and helping them achieve their fitness goals.

Desmond Towns

I am a graduate of Morristown High School and Johnson and Wales University with a degree in Sports Entertainment and Event Management with a Concentration in Fitness and Wellness where I was a two-time Academic All-American wrestler. I obtained my personal training certification from ISSA and am working to further my knowledge by pursuing more certifications from the same organization. I specialize in cardio, calisthenics, wrestling, and MMA training no matter the age or gender. Helping people achieve their overall fitness goals has always been a passion of mine and being a personal trainer is my dream career.
